วิธีการต้มกาแฟ
1 ใส่น้ำปริมาณ 1000 - 1200 ซีซี
2 ใส่กาแฟดีท๊อกซ์ 1 - 3 ช้อนโต๊ะพ
3 ต้มให้เดือดพล่าน 3 -5 นาที แล้วต้มต่ออีกประมาณ 10 นาที เพื่อให้ฤทธิ์กาแฟออกมาเต็มที่
4 ทิ้งให้อุ่นสักครู่ แล้วกรองด้วยถุงกรองกาแฟ (หาซื้อได้ตามร้าน 20 บาททั่วไป)

เริ่มการสวนกาแฟ

1 ต่อสายยางกับขวดพลาสติค(น้ำดื่มสะอาดตามท้องตลาดขนาด 1.5 ลิตร) 

2 ตรวจเช็คอุณหภูมิของน้ำกาแฟ อย่าให้ร้อนเกินไป

3 ทาวาสลีนที่ปลายสาย

4 นอนตะแคงขวา(ตับอยู่ข้างขวา)เสียบสายยาง เข้าไปประมาณ 3-4 นิ้ว

5 ปล่อยน้ำกาแฟไหลเข้าอย่างช้าๆ ลดการมวนท้อง




What Is A Coffee Enema?
